J&J SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY
-
Do we require leagues or organizations to sign a contract? No we don't! We know that once you see the quality of our work, you will be more than happy to continue to use your services.
-
Is there any upfront costs that leagues will be required to pay?Any rental costs associated with the photo shoot are the responsibility of the client or organization who books our services, unless otherwise agreed upon at time of booking.
-
What if I don't want to order photos, do I still need to bring my child to the photo day?Even if you choose to not purchase any photos, we kindly ask that you still bring your child for the photo day. This is because we create a team photo using the individual photos of all the children.
-
Why can't I order online? We still use paper order forms to help keep our costs down. Online booking systems would require a significant cost increase to our services. We recognize that sports can be expensive, having great photos doesn't have to be!
-
How do I place an order if my child has photos taken for an organization? On photo day, we come with an assistant who will process all the orders before the photos are taken.
-
What if I change my mind and want to change, or add on to my order? That is no problem. You are able to contact us via email/phone/text for Add on's, but if you are wanting to cancel your order you must contact us prior to us submitting the order for printing (order usually usually placed 2 weeks after photo have been taken) You are able to add on to your order at any time, delivery of add ons may be delayed and not come with the original orders. Please note, if you are cancelling your order and we have unfortunately already sent in the order to be printed- you will only be given a 50% refund. If you catch us before the order has been sent to the printers you will receive a full refund.
-
What is a composite photo? We take a photo on a neutral backdrop, and then take that photo and insert it into a backdrop that we have created. This allows us full creative control, as well as giving new looks year after year to your team's photos.
-
Why do we reccomend composite photos? We understand that not all team members can make it out for picture day, and we want to ensure your sponsors aren't left with incomplete team photos. Sponsors play a crucial role in supporting organizations, and we want to make sure they can see every athlete they're helping to support.
-
Do you use the same composite backgrounds every year for the team photo and trader cards?No- we change our back grounds every year so leagues are guaranteed fresh new looks every time we come out!
